SkyGlow Digital specializes in customized service delivery. When a client pays for a service, our team often begins work immediatelyβinvesting time, resources, and technology to create the desired solution.
Eligibility Criteria for Service Refunds:
β Full Refund (100%)
If the project has not been started, and the refund request is made within 48 hours of payment, a full refund will be issued. No questions asked.π Partial Refund (50%)
If work has begun, but less than 30% of the total project is completed at the time of the refund request, the client is eligible for a 50% refund.β No Refund
If 50% or more of the service has already been completed, or if the final deliverables have been shared, no refund will be provided.π Work Progress Transparency

(E-books, Templates, Source Code, Design Packs, etc.)
Digital products sold by SkyGlow Digital are delivered instantly or within a short time frame. As these are downloadable and become permanent digital assets of the buyer, we follow a strict no-refund policy for digital products.

π Licensing & Access
Many products are offered under single-user licenses. Once the file is accessed/downloaded, the license is considered activated and no refund will be issued.

(Monthly Maintenance, Hosting, SEO Tools, AI Services, etc.)
SkyGlow Digital offers various recurring services such as:
Website maintenance
Hosting & domain renewals
SEO audit tools
Email automation platforms

Social media scheduling
These services are billed either monthly, quarterly, or annually.
Refund Conditions:
β Cancellation Anytime
You can cancel your subscription at any point in time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the service until the end of the current billing cycle.β No Refund for Used Billing Period
SkyGlow Digital does not offer partial or full refunds for the ongoing or previous billing periods, even if the services were not utilized fully.π Auto-Renewal Notice
All recurring services are set to auto-renew unless explicitly canceled. It is the clientβs responsibility to manage cancellations prior to the renewal date to avoid charges.π Cancellation should be requested at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid unintentional renewal.
πΉ 4. Custom Work / Consultation Services
(Strategy Calls, Branding Sessions, One-on-One Consultation)
Custom consultation services involve dedicated time, planning, and expert insight, often tailored specifically to your business needs.
Refund Conditions:
π§ If the session or consultation has not been scheduled yet, and the request is made within 24 hours of payment, a full refund may be considered.
π If consultation or custom work is already scheduled or has been started, no refund will be provided, regardless of whether the client attends or not.
π Rescheduling is allowed once, with a minimum 12-hour notice before the original session time. Further reschedules are not guaranteed and subject to availability.
πΉ 5. Refund Processing Timeline
If your refund request is approved, SkyGlow Digital will initiate the refund within 5β7 working days. The refund will be processed through the original payment method used during the transaction.
Important Notes:
Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account based on your bank or payment processor’s policies.
A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been initiated.
